We're based in Macquarie Links and work across Sydney and the surrounding suburbs. When you call, you speak to the people who run the business — the same people who assign your cleaner and answer for the result. That's deliberate. It's much harder to let a job slide when the person quoting it is the person you'll ring if something's wrong.

We clean homes, units, offices and strata buildings, from a one-off deep clean to a fortnightly visit that runs for years. Every cleaner is police-cleared, trained and insured before they set foot in a property, and every job is quoted upfront so you know the number before we start.

Yes, both — every single one, without exception. Nobody works unsupervised in a client's home until their police check has come back clear and they've been trained on our checklists. We're fully insured as a business, and we can supply a certificate of currency if your building or property manager asks for one.

On any recurring booking, yes. You get one regular cleaner who learns your home, your preferences and your access arrangements. If they're ever unwell or on leave we'll tell you in advance and brief their replacement from your existing notes rather than sending someone in cold.

Yes. Commercial-grade vacuums, mops, steam gear and eco-friendly products all arrive with the team — you don't need to supply anything. If you'd prefer we use a particular product on a delicate surface like stone or timber, leave it out and we'll use yours instead.

No. There are no lock-in contracts on any of our services. Book a one-off clean, or set up a regular schedule and pause, change or cancel it whenever you need — no penalties and no notice period. We'd rather earn the next booking than trap you in one.

Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and redo the areas you're not happy with, free. We'd much rather fix it than have you quietly stop booking. For end of lease cleans the window is 72 hours, to cover the gap until your exit inspection happens.

Yes. Alongside houses and apartments we clean offices, strata common areas, lobbies, stairwells and washrooms, and we can work outside business hours so the cleaning never interrupts trading or disturbs residents. That work sits under our general cleaning service.

We're based in Macquarie Links and work most often through Campbelltown, Ingleburn, Liverpool, Glenfield and Casula, plus the wider Sydney metro area. We travel further for larger jobs and end of lease cleans. Call 0406 722 623 and we'll confirm your suburb straight away.
